5:30 PM - 6:25 PMBARRE - Barre Strong Barre classes combine yoga, pilates and ballet barre inspired conditioning to tone your entire body. This Barre-based class, uses a combination of postures to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights and a series of exercises to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
