Description
START POSITION: Lying on back with spine neutral and arms lying at sides with elbows bent to 90 degrees and hands resting out from body. MOVEMENT: Slowly raise hands towards ceiling, keeping elbows resting on floor, until hands are perpendicular to floor. Lower and repeat.
