Description
START POSITION:  Standing in partial squat position with spine in neutral position and cables set to lowest position  Retract shoulder blades.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly pull handle into body just below rib cage, squeezing between shoulder blades.  Do not move at the hips and keep looking straight ahead.
