Description
START POSITION:  Place one knee and hand on bench keeping spine in neutral alignment as in picture.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly pull weight up towards bottom of rib cage.  Do not tip body or lean.  Squeeze between shoulder blades as you pull weight up.
