Description START POSITION: Sitting on ball or other object with band wrapped behind shoulders and arms slightly below shoulder height. MOVEMENT: Keeping neutral spine, slowly press handle of band forward until arms are extended but not locked. Keep shoulders back and neutral. Slowly return to starting position. |
