Description This exercise may be done with body weight, dumbbells, or a barbell. START POSITION: Stand upright with back in neutral position and place one foot on a bench or chair placed behind you about 2 feet. MOVEMENT: Keeping back in neutral position, slowly lower body, bending knee to 90 degrees or less. Pressing through heel, slowly lift back to upright position. Repeat. |
