This fusion class incorporates Pilates, boxing, weightlifting and cardio moves into a dynamic flowing class. This is a full body conditioning class that will strengthen and tone. 7:30 PM - 8:20 PMGroup Class - Vinyasa Flow YogaWarm up with various sun salutations and move through an energizing and challenging asana sequence including standing and lying poses, followed by a relaxing savasana.
